SHOW PRODUCER

Responsibilites :

Develop and create creative on air program, in accordance to the characteristic and requirement of each show, starting from getting the idea, searching and collect required informations, perform a broadcast reporting and prepared necessary on air script writing, directing the announcer on what or how to deliver it, callers for talk radio or competitions, timings. Preparing the implementation evaluation report is also part of his/her responsibility. Also may produce recorded content.

Requirements:

Fluent in english is required.
Education minimum diploma degree (D3) from any communication or related subject. Fresh graduate are welcome.
Creative, up to date to latest issue, self-starter, good planner and organizer, good initiative and high passion for broadcasting industry.
Excellent communication skills as well as a good teamwork would be a minimum requirement for this position
Able to work on weekdays or weekend.
Ready to work under pressure.
